ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
All orders require 1-2 business days processing time. Orders placed after 2PM PST Friday will be shipping the following Monday. Orders placed on Weekends or Holidays will be processed out the next business day.
All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
For orders shipped to P.O. Box addresses, rural postal codes, and remote locations considered "beyond points", we can reach your destination through Standard shipping only. Please allow additional time for orders shipped to these addresses. Please note some brands cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
SHIPPING TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES
You may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
TAXES & DUTIES INCLUDED
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. will not be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees") . All of the taxes & duties are included into the purchase price.
ORDER TRACKING INFORMATION
Once an order has shipped, we'll send you an e-mail with the tracking number. Just click on the link to take you to the carrier's website to track the progress of your shipment. It may take 72 hours for your tracking number to be activated on our carrier's site. Please note orders of high value require a signature upon delivery.
Change your mind? If you want to cancel or change an IceCarats order, for any reason, please contact us and make sure to include your IceCarats order number or call 800.737.7759, as soon as possible.
We promise we'll try to stop the order from going through, but keep in mind that our order-fulfillment system is designed to get orders shipped and on their way to our customers as fast and as efficiently as possible. That means that even if you contact our Customer Service Department immediately after you change your mind about your order, it might already be in the shipping process. If that happens, we can't change or cancel an order once its journey to you has begun. So, if your order can't be cancelled, and you still don't love it after its arrived – just return it to IceCarats according to our 30-day money back return policy. Check the back of your invoice for return policy details.
