Is it safe to mail jewelry?

We ship our jewelry by highly trusted carriers like FedEx, so the chances of anything happening to your prized package are super slim. Plus, all our shipments are fully insured. Visit our shipping page for more information.


Will I be liable for my jewelry order while it is being shipped?

Nope. We fully insure each order all the way to you. That means that when your order is in transit to you, shipment is always risk-free. For added security, it's our policy that a signature is required for all IceCarats orders over $750, regardless of any signature waivers you may have with FedEx.


What is the IceCarats  return and refund policy?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30  days to IceCarats.com. 


Do you offer any guarantees on your merchandise?

IceCarats.com is pleased to offer our Lifetime Jewelry Protection. The Lifetime Jewelry Protection Plans cover most jewelry purchased at IceCarats Jewelry. This service is non-transferable, does not cover mysterious disappearance, loss or damage other than that incurred in normal wear, and is non-refundable.


Do I have the ability to cancel my IceCarats.com order?

Orders may be canceled up to approximately one hour after they are placed through the Order Status page on IceCarats.com. Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at info@icecarats.com
