We offer full refunds, exchanges, or credits within 30 days of the shipment date. We will happily accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchanged item will be processed. Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved jewelry items (not including wedding rings) may not be returned. Engraved wedding rings may be returned, however, the engraving fee is non-refundable.
