We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. We offer full refunds, exchanges, or credits within 30 days of the shipment date. We will happily accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear.
Once we receive your returned item and it is accepted, your refund or exchanged item will be processed. While we offer Free Shipping, we will retain a set amount from your refund to cover our own costs for that initial shipment: $6.99 for US orders and $8.99 for Canadian orders. This does not apply to orders that are received defective or otherwise demonstrate flaws at delivery.
Please note that items showing signs of wear or those that have been altered, resized or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for return. Engraved and otherwise customized jewelry items may not be returned.
Please note, that if you receive an item from us damaged or the incorrect item we will be happy to refund you to price of shipping the item in for return. Otherwise you are responsible for the return shipping on your exchanged or returned item.
